All rentals have a shipping fee of £10 and are sent within the UK only. This fee covers postage to the customer and also the returns packaging.
All rentals are sent by next day Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm. This is to ensure your jewellery arrives on your chosen rental day.

Purchased items will be posted to the customer by next day special delivery within 24 hours of when the order was made. This is a recorded and insured postal service so please make sure there is someone available to sign for your parcel. An email will be sent to you to confirm dispatch of the item.
Rental items will be posted by next day special delivery the day before your first rental day. The item will arrive with you before 1:00pm on the first day of your rental period. This is a recorded and insured postal service so please make sure there is someone available to sign for your parcel. In order to exchange or refund, all purchase and rental returns must have the original Folly tag on and in tact. All returns must also be unworn, in perfect condition and it its original packaging.
Purchased Items Returns Policy
The Folly Boutique offers a 7 working day refund policy from the day the item is dispatched. In order to begin the refund process, please contact us in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within these 7 working days. Once confirmed by The Folly, you must also return the item by post within these 7 working days of the dispatch confirmation email. Proof of postage must be obtained and we recommend you use special delivery to guarantee postal insurance. Once received back we will issue a full refund minus postage costs within 30 days.
To exchange a purchased item, please contact us in writing by emailing email@example.com within 28 days of the item being dispatched. Once we have confirmed by email that your exchange item is available, please post the item back within 3 days of the confirmation email. Proof of postage must be obtained and we recommend you use special delivery to guarantee postal insurance. On receipt of the item, we will dispatch the exchange.
Rental Items Returns Policy
In order to request a refund for a rental piece, you must contact us in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org before 11:00pm on the day you receive the item. The item must then be returned to us in the returns envelope provided the following day after receiving it, unless that is a Sunday or bank holiday in which case the item must be return the next working day. Proof of postage must be obtained. Providing we receive it back within the time scale, we will issue a full refund minus the postage costs within 30 days.
Customers are welcome to hire more than one item to try and then return the unwanted items. Unwanted items can only be returned providing they have the original Folly tag on and in tact and it its original packaging. These items can be returned on the main return date and with the worn piece, but must have the original tag on to prove it has not been worn.
Unless otherwise approved by The Folly Boutique, if a rental item is not returned on its designated date specified in the dispatch confirmation email, and we are unable to make contact, we will charge you a fine of 30% of the rental fee per day it is overdue. This will be taken from the same card used to make original payment.
Unless otherwise approved by The Folly Boutique, if the item is still not received after 7 days from the designated return date, we will debit the full retail value of the item from the card you originally paid with.
